It’s designed to strengthen Capacity—one of the 3Cs of project success—by equipping participants with the core tools and confidence needed to plan and deliver Nation-driven projects.
Unlike conventional training, our approach is case-based and community-focused. Every session applies project management concepts to real projects your Nation is already planning or delivering—whether in housing, water, health, clean energy, or land use.
