Founder and Principal, Greg Philliban is an Environmental, Indigenous, Communications, Sustainability and Organizational knowledge holder & translator. An engaged and passionate Instructor & Coach, Greg’s virtual and on-site facilitation style is professional, engaging, and participatory. A certified instructor/facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner and E-Learning Specialist, Greg uses facilitation techniques and methods that draw in participants and ensure maximum involvement from all.

Greg’s background in Project and Stakeholder Management encompasses over 25 years of experience in the real property & environmental sectors, and over 10 years working with and delivering Capacity Building training to Indigenous organizations & communities, Environmental Consultancies, Conservation Organizations & NGOs.

Greg has the unique ability to discern, synthesize, disseminate, strategize & articulate complex broad picture issues; his exceptional insights across these sectors are a result of his direct experience and involvement in the roles of Project Manager, Consultant and Team Lead on myriad, diverse and complex projects.

Greg currently delivers Project & Stakeholder Management Planning training, Project Planning | Coaching and Advisory support services and facilitates Strategic/Workplan Planning for Environmental Project Management & Sustainability Solutions.
