CANCELLATION POLICY— PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
─ Cancellation (30+ Days Notice): If the Client cancels more than four (4) weeks (30 calendar days) prior to the scheduled start date, a minimum 5% Administrative Fee of the Total Investment will be retained.
─ Cancellation (15+ Days Notice): If the Client cancels more than two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the scheduled start date, a minimum 50% Fee of the Total Investment will be retained.
─ Cancellation (Less than 10 Days Notice): If cancellation is provided less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the 1st day of training, a minimum 100% Fee of the Total Investment will be retained.
─ Formal Notice: All cancellation requests must be provided to IPMS in writing by email to: gphilliban@indigenouspm.com
