Project Management Essentials Course | Indigenous Project Training

Build the Foundation for Project Success

The Project Management Essentials course provides a hands-on introduction to project management for Indigenous professionals, youth, and administrators. It’s designed to strengthen Capacity—one of the 3Cs of project success—by equipping participants with the core tools and confidence needed to plan and deliver Nation-driven projects.
Unlike conventional training, our approach is case-based and community-focused. Every session applies project management concepts to real projects your Nation is already planning or delivering—whether in housing, water, health, clean energy, or land use.
